Miercuri, 27 octombrie 2021, la Universitatea de Stat din Moldova, in Sala Mică a Senatului a avut loc seminarul științific în cadrul proiectului internațional „Rolul și semnificația Parteneriatului Estic în procesul de transformare a țărilor din Europa de Est și Caucazul de Sud. Experiența Republicii Moldova”. În luna octombrie au avut loc seminarile științifice în fiecare stat-participant la proiect. Seminarul în Republica Moldova a fost organizat de conducerea Facultății Relații Internaționale; Științe Politice ș Administrative.
La proiect participă echipele de cercetare din 5 țări: Universitatea Jagielloniană din Cracovia, Polonia; Universitatea de Stat din Erevan, Armenia; Universitatea de Stat Ivane Javakhishvili din Tbilisi, Georgia; Universitatea de Stat din Moldova, Chișinău, Republica Moldova; Universitatea Natională Ivan Franko din Lviv, Ucraina si Centrul de Securitate Internatională și Parteneriat din Ucraina. Proiectul este gestionat de Universitatea Jagielloniană din Cracovia, Polonia. Proiectul este finanțat de Ministerul de Externe al Poloniei. Proiectul este implementat în scopuri publice și finanțat de Ministerul Afacerilor Externe al Poloniei în cadrul concursului de granturi „Diplomație Publică 2021”. Durata proiectului – 6 luni (mai – octombrie 2021).
La deschiderea oficială a seminarulul au participat profesorul Aurelia HANGANU, prorectorul USM pentru activitatea științifică și relații internaționale; ES Bartlomiej ZDANIUK, Ambasadorul Poloniei la Chișinău, Republica Moldova; ES Daniela CUJBĂ, Directorul Direcției Integrarea Europeană a Ministerului de Afaceri Externe și Integrare Europeană al Republicii Moldova; profesorul Paweł LAIDLER, Decanul Facultății Relații Internaționale și Studii Politice a Universității Jagielloniene din Cracovia, Polonia; profesorul Alexandru SOLCAN, decanul Facultății Relații Internaționale, Științe Politice și Administrative a Universității de Stat din Moldova; profesorul Robert KŁOSOWICZ, șeful departmentului Relații Internaționale și Politica Externă al Institutului Studii Politice și Relații Internaționale a Universității Jagielloniene din Cracovia, Polonia, membrul Senatului Universității; Profesorul Piotr BAJOR, vice-director al Institutului de Știință Politică și Relații Internaționale al Universității Jagielloniene din Cracovia, Polonia, Director General al Proiectului; profesorul Valeriu MOȘNEAGA, director național al proiectului.
Membrii echpei moldovenești au prezentat rezultatele cercetărilor realizate în cadrul proiectului. Profesorul Natalia STERCUL a prezentat raportul: “Evoluția relațiilor Republicii Moldova cu Uniunea Europeană în contextual Parteneriatului Estic (2009-2021): direcțiile de bază”. Profesorul Tatiana TURCO a prezentat raportul: „Orientarea geopolitică a Republicii Moldova: studiul de caz – alegeri parlamentare anticipate (2021)”. Referatele prezentate de savanții moldoveni, participanți la proiect au fost bine argumentate, ascultate cu interes și atenție.
La eveniment au participat mai mult de 60 de persoane: profesorii, savanții, studenții, masteranzii și doctoranzii de la USM, Academia de Științe, Academia de Administrare Publica; Universitatea de Studii Europene; Universitatea de Studii Politice și Economice din Moldova “Constantin Stere”. Seminarul a fost realizat in regimul on-line. Evenimentul a fost reflectat de mass-media.

On Wednesday, October 27, 2021, at the State University of Moldova, in the Small Hall of the Senate, took place the scientific seminar within the international project “The role and significance of the Eastern Partnership in the process of transforming the countries of Eastern Europe and the South Caucasus. The experience of the Republic of Moldova”. In October, scientific seminars were held in each state participating in the project. The seminar in the Republic of Moldova was organized by the management of the Faculty of International Relations; Political and Administrative Sciences.
The project involves research teams from 5 countries: Jagiellonian University from Krakow, Poland; Yerevan State University, Armenia; Ivane Javakhishvili State University in Tbilisi, Georgia; State University of Moldova, Chisinau, Republic of Moldova; Ivan Franko National University in Lviv, Ukraine and the Center for International Security and Partnership in Ukraine. The project is managed by the Jagiellonian University from Krakow, Poland. The project is implemented in the public task financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland within the grant competition „Public Diplomacy 2021”. Project duration – 6 months (May – October 2021).

The members of the Moldovan team presented the results of the research carried out within the project. Professor Natalia STERCUL presented the report: „The evolution of the relations of the Republic of Moldova with the European Union in the context of the Eastern Partnership (2009-2021): the basic directions”. Professor Tatiana TURCO presented the report: „The geopolitical orientation of the Republic of Moldova: a case study – early parliamentary elections (2021)”. The papers presented by Moldovan scientists, participants in the project, were well argued, listened to with interest and attention.
The event was attended by more than 60 people: professors, scientists, students, masters and doctoral students from USM, the Academy of Sciences, the Academy of Public Administration, the University of European Studies; The University of Political and Economic Studies of Moldova “Constantin Stere”. В среду, 27 октября 2021 года, в Молдавском государственном университете, в Малом зале Сената, состоялся научный семинар в рамках международного проекта “Роль и значение Восточного партнерства в процессе трансформации стран Восточной Европы и Южного Кавказа. Опыт Республики Молдова”. Семинар в Республике Молдова был организован руководством факультета международных отношений; политических и административных наук.
В проекте участвуют исследовательские группы из 5 стран: Ягеллонский университет из Кракова, Польша; Ереванский государственный университет, Армения; Тбилисский государственный университет им. Иване Джавахишвили, Грузия; Молдавский государственный университет, Кишинев, Республика Молдова; Львовский Национальный университет им. Ивана Франко, Украина и Центр международной безопасности и партнерства, Украина. Проектом руководит Ягеллонский университет из Кракова, Польша. Проект реализуется в общественных целях, финансируется Министерством иностранных дел Республики Польша в рамках конкурса грантов „Публичная дипломатия 2021”. Продолжительность проекта 6 месяцев (май – октябрь 2021 года). В октябре в каждом государстве, участвующем в проекте, были проведены научные семинары.

Члены молдавской команды представили результаты исследования, проведенного в рамках проекта. Профессор Наталья СТЕРКУЛ представила доклад: „Эволюция отношений Республики Молдова с Европейским Союзом в контексте Восточного партнерства (2009-2021): основные направления”. Профессор Татьяна ТУРКО представила доклад: „Геополитическая ориентация Республики Молдова: тематическое исследование – досрочные парламентские выборы (2021)”. Доклады, представленные молдавскими учеными, участниками проекта, были хорошо аргументированы, выслушаны с интересом и вниманием.
