S-au realizat mecanisme de\u00a0 cooperare cu mediul socio-economic local,\u00a0 prin implicarea activ\u0103 a \u00eentreprinderilor locale, a asocia\u021biilor profesionale, a societ\u0103\u021bii civile \u0219i a entit\u0103\u021bilor guvernamentale, care au sus\u021binut \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea calit\u0103\u021bii \u00een educa\u021bie pentru o mai bun\u0103 aliniere la nevoile locale de competen\u021be STEAM generate de progresul tehnologic, eficien\u021ba economic\u0103, incluziunea social\u0103 \u0219i responsabilitatea de mediu, at\u00e2t pentru studen\u021bi, c\u00e2t \u0219i pentru cadre didactice.<\/span><\/p>\n Prin activit\u0103\u021bile de promovare \u0219i diseminare derulate in cadrul proiectului s-a adus o contribu\u021bie reala \u0219i utila la dezvoltarea capacit\u0103\u021bilor universit\u0103\u021bilor partenere din Republica Moldova de a proiecta, implementa \u0219i dezvolta programe moderne de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare adaptate la nevoile locale de competen\u021be STEAM (\u00b2Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics\u00b2) \u0219i racordate la nivelul bunelor practici de nivel European.<\/span><\/p>\n Coordonator:<\/em><\/span> Finan\u021bat de Uniunea European\u0103. Nici Uniunea European\u0103 \u0219i nici EACEA nu pot fi considerate r\u0103spunz\u0103toare pentru acestea.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n [:en] \u00a0<\/em>KA2 \u2013 Cooperation among Organizations and Institutions The National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest (former University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest), as coordinator, in partnership with the Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest (Romania), the Technical University of Lodz (Poland) and five universities of the Republic of Moldova („Alecu Russo” State University of Balti, the State University of Moldova, the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, the Technical University of Moldova, the State University „Bogdan Petriceicu Ha\u0219deu” of Cahul) have implemented between January 2023- December 2025, the project „Skills4future” \u2013 \u00b2Developing and improving the STEAM skills of students and teachers for curriculum innovation and sustainable development of higher education institutions and local businesses\u00b2.<\/span><\/p>\n The project addressed partner universities in the Republic of Moldova and implemented a series of activities that supported innovation and the modernization of higher education, with a focus on the integration of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) skills in the fields of Business and Administration. Entrepreneurial skills, creativity, and innovation were targeted, along with the development of critical thinking for solving complex problems generated by the pursuit of sustainable development, encompassing economic, social, and environmental protection aspects. Cooperation mechanisms with the local socio-economic environment were implemented through the active involvement of local businesses, professional associations, civil society, and governmental entities. These mechanisms supported the improvement of education quality and contributed to a better alignment with local needs for STEAM skills driven by technological progress, economic efficiency, social inclusion, and environmental responsibility, for both students and teaching staff.<\/span><\/p>\n Through the promotion and dissemination activities, the project made a meaningful contribution to strengthening the capacities of the partner universities in the Republic of Moldova to design, implement, and further develop modern learning programmes, adapted to local STEAM skills needs (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) and aligned with European-level good practices.<\/span><\/p>\n Coordinator contact details:<\/em><\/span> Disclaimer: Funded by the European Union.
